TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Accommodation is not included as part of this one-day retreat.
    It is the responsibility of participants to organize their own travel and accommodations.

  • Bookings are non-refundable.
    We recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover you for
    the activities you plan to undertake and additionally includes adequate cover for travel delay,
    cancelation and/or curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings,
    particularly if you are travelling some distance.
    Your policy should also include cover for any medical claim and trip cancellation due to illness or being unable to travel.

  • You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in activities provided at the Gathering Beauty retreat.
    You hereby assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of your participation.
